For modifications requested less than 7 days before your event, additional charges may apply. We will always discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, you may contact Consumer Affairs Victoria or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) for assistance. In Victoria, disputes may also be referred to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) if they cannot be resolved through other means.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that comes closest to the intent of the original provision.
