Radianteliminate ("we," "our," or "us") provides event styling services. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds for our services, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Service Cancellations

As event styling services are customised and time-sensitive, the following cancellation policies apply:

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date. This deposit covers initial consultation, design work, and reservation of your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These statutory guarantees include:

If there is a minor failure, you are entitled to have the services repaired or replaced. If this is not possible or would cause you significant inconvenience, you may cancel the service and receive a refund for the portion of the service not yet provided.

These rights are in addition to any cancellation policies outlined above and cannot be excluded by contract.

Changes to Services

Minor changes to your event styling can be accommodated up to 7 days before your event. Significant changes requested less than 7 days before the event may incur additional charges. We will discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies), we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a partial refund based on work already completed.

Refund Processing

If you are entitled to a refund under this policy or Australian Consumer Law, we will process your refund within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request or resolving your complaint. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
